Our troop went on a hike at North Park on Sunday, September 24th. It was a sunny day. We walked for 5 miles.
As we hiked, we saw many animals,and a giant bee hive. We also saw a snake eating a frog, which we watched for a while. Four miles through, we stopped and had a very delicious backpacking lunch. The scout masters set up four stations and we got a lot of rank requirements done.
Fifteen scouts and seven adults attended the hike. We all had a lot of fun, and many scouts got their five-mile hike requirement signed for second class.
