One of the requirements for the hiking merit badge is for the scouts to complete a 10 mile hike.  Today a group of scouts fulfilled that requirement by hiking 10 miles on the trails of North Park.   North Park is large wonderful park featuring hiking and biking trails, kayaking on the lake, large open grass fields, and several reservable pavilions.  The Troop has made good use of North Park!
