This year, Troop 404 spent a week of summer camp at Camp Sinoquipe in Burnt Cabins, PA, just east of Breezewood.  It was the first time the troop camped there, and we were pleasantly surprised!  The camp was well maintained and featured several new facilities and buildings, the staff was awesome, and that area of PA is just gorgeous.  

The camp offered several merit badge choices, but a less-common one that some of the scouts took was the Horsemanship merit badge.  We were happy to have scout Wilson, and his ASM father Kevin, who recently moved away to the other side of the PA, join us for the camp! 

And yes, we kept our reputation up as the “Fire builders” as Eric built his signature camp fire, which drew several visitors from other troops!
