No Pig Roast/Court of Honor this year, but we made the best out of it.

The Troop knows Camp Bucoco well as it is our council’s camp, and where we hold our yearly court of honor pig roast.  Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, we were not able to hold our court of honor pig roast this year, but we made the best out of it and spent the weekend cabin camping there.

Camp Bucoco is located along the Slippery Rock Creek in Slippery Rock Township in Butler County, Pennsylvania — about 2 miles from Slippery Rock University. Camp Bucoco serves as the Council Boy Scout resident camp during the summer. Camp Bucoco sits on 280 acres, and includes 11 camp sites, 4 rustic cabins for short term rentals, and a newly remodeled dining hall suitable for up to 250 guests.
